stranded in Akron

my mood

I got stranded in Akron for the weekend. It was the greatest!

Molly's birthday was on Friday, which is why I went up. A whole ton of people showed up at Chuck E Cheese to play games and act like little kids. A group of us played enough games and earned enough tickets to get a huge ball for Molly.

Afterwards we went to a gay bar to watch a drag queen show. And, much to our surprise, there were male strippers there too. And Molly got a lapdance from one. While the queens were trying to give her hickies. Yeah. It was fun.

And to wrap up the evening, we went to a local, family-oriented restraunt. The crowd from the gay bar -- including the queens and strippers -- showed up. When I went to pay the bill, I heard a drunk guy "Don't you ever tell me that I'm not gay again or else I'll slap your face with my dick!" He dropped his pants and I definitely saw his ass. He was promptly escorted from the building.

While we were sleeping, it snowed. A lot. Enough that I really, really didn't want to drive back to Youngstown. So I called off work and Molly and I went out running errands. In the same snow that I didn't want to drive home in. We slid through a few intersections and decided that my car was designed to be driven in Hawaii and not Ohio.

Really not liking this snow thing. But I didn't have to drive through much of it this weekend, so yay for that!
