Things I'm thankful for:
- my friends, no matter how near or far
- my family
- my mentors, civilian and otherwise
- this deployment and the lessons I've learned from it
- ends of comas, even if there is a long way to go
- my improving(!!) health and fitness
- my Year of Rapid Change, even if the changes are mostly external right now
